Baseball Beef Stew

With both Gracie and Nate playing tee-ball, our evenings are hectic and busy with practices and games.  This new schedule has required that I be more creative when planning our family dinners... time to break out the Crock Pot. 

One of our long time family favorites is the newly named, Baseball Beef Stew.  The kids love to help prepare this hearty meal and they like eating it too!

Shannon got it before me, the look on Nathan's face is hysterical; I have been trying to think of what he is saying or thinking. Gracie is very intent on peeling that potatoe and doing a good job of it. I am so glad she likes to cook.
