oregon, leaves, newman, football & more leaves

Our friends ~ Craig, Jenny, Jake, Emma and their Big Sweet Yellow Dog Newman moved back to their beloved Oregon last year. We are very grateful for the opportunity we had to stay with them in their beautiful home (and State) and spend the holiday with their family.... it was so much fun!!!

We woke up on Thanksgiving Morn' to this amazing view off their back porch.

As we took in the view and watched the Macy's Day Parade, Grace and Emma whipped up pancakes and eggs for us.

After breakfast, all of us took a "pre-feast" walk through the local park, (a five minute drive).  I don't think that I have ever seen a more beautiful place.

During the walk Jake showed off his awesome football skills,

until we finally reached the playground, where I'm not sure who had more fun???
