the BIG GREEN museum

Last week Rachel and I packed the boys up and went into town to visit the Childrens Museum of Phoenix...

(nate calls the museum the BIG GREEN MUSEUM because of the neon green paint that was used to paint the back of the building.)

They were very EXCITED...

and especially loved the stars that were stamped on their hands when we entered.

Unfortunately, the museum was jam packed (over 150 kids visiting on a field trip).

Fortunately, it was a GORGEOUS DAY OUTSIDE!!!

The boys had a blast playing on the museums front lawn...  Running and Rolling around on the grass, Playing monsters and Chasing each other, Sitting in the big window ledges of this wonderful old building, Eating picnic lunch and Lying on the grass Looking at the birdhouses in the trees.  (we're not sure why Nate kissed Zach... but it sure was cute!)

I can only imagine the adventures our boys will embark on in the future!

I love these pictures, a true picute of comaradarie. The pictures are so colorful and the boys look like they enjoy being with one another. The picture of Nathan kissing Zach is a hoot, he will get quite a kick out of it some day, or maybe not!
Where is the Phoenix Museum? There are so many things to do in Phoenix now; it is hard to believe for what used to be considered a cowtown! Not any more.....
I love you, Mom

Won't it be cool if they remain friends until high school? They'll have so many awesome pictures! Love the kissing picture. Nathan is such a cutie!
