SNOW

Every year we wait for it to snow up north and then we drive to Flagstaff to play in the white stuff.  This year we decided to go for my birthday weekend.  The kids had a fantastic time.  They both loved sledding, Gracie made lots of snow angels and Nathan loved eating the snow. Unfortunately, the weekend was cut short when I fractured two vertebrae and compressed my spine while sledding.  It was definitely a weekend (and a birthday) that we will never forget.  

In the future, I will stick with picture taking, building snowmen and making hot chocolate on our winter adventures.
